Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
Location: Multiple communities across Houston

Job Description

As a Leasing Agent with Falls Apartments, you’ll help renters find their perfect home. This is a great opportunity for self-driven individuals who enjoy sales, real estate, and working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Required to work onsite (Not Remotely)

• Show and lease apartments to prospective tenants

• Follow up with leads and inquiries

• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and specials

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Sales or leasing experience is a plus (not required)

• Must be reliable, professional, and goal-oriented

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

• Weekend availability is a plus

• No Real Estate License Required
