Do you accept first time renters?

Yes. First time renters are welcome.

Do you accept broken leases?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept unpaid broken leases or active rental collections.

What's the income requirement?

Applicant must make 3x the monthly rent to qualify.

Do you check credit?

Yes. A credit check and criminal background check will be performed during the application process.

Do you accept pets?

Yes. We accept pets under 20 pounds only. 2 pets per unit max. No aggresive breeds. Pet deposit will be required.

Do you accept housing or section 8?

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept section 8 or housing vouchers.

Do you accept evictions?

No. We do not accept eviction records.

How do I apply?

You may apply in person by visiting the community you are interested in or you may submit your rental application online.

How long does it take to process my application?

Rental application process can take 2-3 business days. 

Do you check rental history?

Yes. Rental verification will be performed during the application process.

What is your lease term?

We offer 7 or 13 months lease contracts.
