The community within this center is very good, there is a lot of tranquility and peace, and very good serviceExcellent service in the officeCristina is super kind and human, the condominium is very nice, I just moved in but I feel very comfortable and safe in my apartment 😊I have been living at this place for going to 4 years already and I personally think that this apartment is kinda of good but it’s mostly mid because of the pests and the high rent here. I would not recommend if you want youre rent to go up to almost $ 1,500 because that was what I was about to pay here. There are also too many kids that walk around the apartment park lot everyday and they play around were cars are driving. Just to let you know. They also have a rat and coach roach infestation. My time living here hasn’t been the best but the people that live in this apartment are nice. Overall the apartment needs a lot of work the pest problem is the worst part of it.Crstina is the best manager she also always take care of us she and Fernando great man I recommend themMs Cristina is one of good manger in cook rd area and thank full from her that’s she did and do really helping in everyday and everytime I recommend this place and Ms Cristina thanks from your servicesVery nice apartments and the manager Cristina is very kind to her residents and when you tell them to go fix something then they go and are very attentive in everything.
