I and my family had an extremely negative experience at this apartment complex. On November 15th, 2024 thieves stole our belongings. When we tried to review the security footage, the manager refused to show it to us. I informed her that the police would be coming to check the cameras, but when they arrived 10 minutes later, the manager was nowhere to be found. This wasn’t an isolated incident—police have had to come to check the cameras four separate times due to thefts in the complex, and every time, the manager disappears when they arrive at the leasing office.The management here is completely unhelpful and unprofessional, showing no concern for the safety of residents. There have been multiple burglaries, and each time, the staff has failed to take any meaningful action. I would not recommend anyone live here. This has been by far the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had.however if you want this situation happen to you, you can live in Falls of Apartments.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and the service couldnt be Worse I live in a townhome and the guest restroom has been flooding my bathroom and my kitchen since the water comes out the bottom of the door so everyday for the past 6 months ive been dealing with the same problem and the landlord just always say yes ill write the report and send someone in other words she never does so if youre thinking of moving to this property youre better off just looking for another apartment complex because the service here is horrible mind you the townhome is more expensive is like 1,500 so if I’m paying that amount I would at least expect good maintenance but is not so I’m just writing this so you think twice before wanting to move here I dont recomend it at all.

They usually don't return the deposit. I left that apartment a year ago and they still haven't returned it to me and I left the apartment in good condition.

I will highly recommend falls of dairy ashford for you. This apartment is so clean. The manager is doing amazing job. The A.C is amazing 100%.

Ms. Erica that works in the leasing office is a very nice and attentive lady that does her job very well! She is so respectful and attends to your need! We need her and people like her at this apartment!

The manager at 12707 Bellaire Blvd, Houston TX, 77072 is amazingly fantastic and professional I carrying out her duties. She is Joana, a customer friendly candidate who is always full of smiles when dealing with Residents under pressure. I give her thumbs up.
