The place is beautiful, but lately the complex is not clean, and the garbage is accumulating over the days, and the security deposit is not returned when you move from the house.

I live here and I have never had any issue about my deposit when I transferred. I think these people don't know that you have to CLEAN and you're not just entitled to a refund. I would love for the owner or leasing to be able to show the condition of the apt these people that complain leave them in. They are the same ones who live very dirty and don't watch their children, I see them outside doing nothing and letting the kids run around without supervision destroying things. The girls in the office are very nice and helpful as well as the maintenance team.
