I had a very disappointing experience with Falls of Gessner, particularly regarding the handling of my move-out. After my lease ended, I received a move-out statement and understood that my account and tenancy were closed. More than a month after moving out, however, I started receiving notices attempting to charge me rent for a period when I was no longer living there. To make matters worse, the new management requested a walkthrough of an apartment I had vacated over a month earlier, well beyond the time that I had any control over the unit. The transition between the previous and current management appears to have been handled very poorly, with serious communication and record-keeping issues. As a former resident, I should not have to resolve internal administrative problems after properly completing my move-out. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Falls of Gessner keep copies of every lease document, statement, and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.”

The worst place to rent. To begin with, they break your mailbox 📪 and the management doesn't take responsibility or offer any solutions. I've had two leaks in the apartment ceiling, a broken balcony, and a broken and stinking sink for about 15 days. We've gone to the office to file complaints repeatedly, and they won't fix the problem. It's a complete disaster. Marisol was the person who helped us and supposedly took our order, but nothing has been done.

I don't understand how they focus fixing outside the Building not inside hah!!? I moved from Building 15 one bedroom to a two bedroom building 23 and I'noticed one room the Ac is not working was reported to the Offfce maintenance guy come to check he said is problem I was told that they going to put fan but Nothing has not been done since and is very hot we can't even sleep in the room I wonder what they're doing in the Office? Also since I switched the building have not received the mail box keys I can't get my email I asked post office response that Apartment complex is responsible to change the look

I've been living here for two years and it's super peaceful, it feels like home. The only bad thing is that sometimes the electronic equipment breaks down and it takes a long time to fix it.

Living at the Falls of Gessner has been amazing! The apartments are spacious and well kept, and the community is friendly. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. I'm really happy to call this place home! 😊
